Choose the help your team needs

Sydekyks software is free to self-host with every available feature included. If you want help operating it or building your workflows, iBAS can arrange managed hosting, support and workflow implementation separately.

Managed hosting

Discuss the infrastructure, access, backups and maintenance responsibilities for your deployment. Before committing, agree who operates each part of the installation and how your team will reach its workspace.

Support

Agree the support scope, contact route and handling of changes or incidents for your deployment. Service pricing and renewal terms are agreed in the proposal; using the software itself does not require a paid support plan.

Support for your workflows

Start with one task and the tools your team already uses. We can help scope the connections, configure steps, add agreed review points and test the result with your team. Provider access and subscriptions are checked as part of that work.

Partners and customer-owned installations

Authorized partners may offer hosting and support under their written agreements with iBAS. Installation, customization, training and support on customer-owned infrastructure are permitted services. Hosting and software resale of code covered by the Sustainable Use License require written authorization. Previously published MIT code retains its existing permissions. Read the license scope.

• The task you want to make easier and how often it happens.
• The apps, accounts and people involved.
• Whether you want to operate the server or arrange hosting.
• What needs a person’s approval and how you will judge a useful result.

Software and provider costs

There are no license keys, activation fees, expiry dates or paid unlocks for available Sydekyks software features. Infrastructure, connected applications and AI provider fees may be additional. We agree the service scope and pricing before you commit.
