What you share
The form asks for your company, optional role, work email, workflow, approximate frequency and a short description. Please leave out confidential documents and personal information about others. You can review your answers before sending.
What happens when you send
We save your inquiry on our server and send an email notification to our team through our dedicated mail service. Our team uses these details to respond, discuss your workflow and arrange a next step. Notifications include your answers and set your work email as the reply address.
The server record is automatically removed 90 days after receipt. Email copies and later correspondence are stored separately in our business mailbox and are not removed by that server cleanup. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your inquiry and related copies.
If you choose email or download your brief
Choosing “Open an email with my brief” opens your email app with your answers in a draft addressed to info@sydekyks.com. You choose whether to send it, and your email provider handles the message under its own privacy terms. You can also download your brief locally without submitting it.
Website operation
We use HTTPS for the website and encrypted SMTP transport for notifications. The website form does not use analytics or store contact details in browser storage. Server and proxy logs may record technical request details such as IP address, time and requested URL for operation and abuse protection. Public visitors cannot browse saved inquiries.
